After the third death on the second boss of this game i wasn’t feeling bad or sad. I Felt engaged and i wanted to play even more.
This is the line that start this review. The Cycle of Death and Resurrection that goes inside the game also happen to the person who is in control of Selene.
Returnal is ambitious, new, fun, and have one marvelous redemption story that you’ll live through the game. Housemarque created a slick gameplay that blows in the visuals and in the way that you use the DualSense. Everything is so perfect balanced, the Bullet Crazy game when you’re facing the bosses, the Stunning Graphics of the alien planet, and the madness you go inside listening to the audio logs left by her former runs.
While the platinum of this game is painful but we ACTUALLY play games and we got it, the game itself is fantastic and well worth the $70 price that it’s being sold.
I was never fan of roguelikes, but this game has one spot on my heart, and you definitely show go and try for yourself.
